Returns / In store 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund or exchange plants.

Planters : We have a 7 days return or exchange policy for pots and homewares.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at littleleafdecor@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

SHIPPING 

Postage : Flat rate shipping fee of $15

At the moment we are shipping orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

We ship using Australia Post & Toll.

We can not ship large items to P.O boxes.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

For any custom orders shipping may be charged according to order size.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Plants and items that are purchased online and picked up or purchased directly from Little leaf decor in person, including markets and direct sales, are assumed to meet the approval of the customer once the customer has chosen and taken the plant and or item from the premises. Little leaf decor therefore offers no exchange or refund on items if the customer has a change of mind or decides later the plant or item is not of acceptable standard.

It is at the discretion of Little leaf decor whether orders placed online will be refunded before shipping due to the reasoning behind the requested refund. In most cases a processing fee with be retained if a refund is issued. Little leaf decor does not exchange or refund orders once they have been shipped and does not accept returns once orders have been received and opened.

Homewares Items Returns ONLINE ONLY

Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds are not possible simply for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not do as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at littleleafdecor@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the issue is a fault of ours or manufacturers. In this case we will supply shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PASSWORDS AND LOGINS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and login details and for all activities carried out under your password and login.
